Your Privacy Choices

Effective July 4, 2026

Opt out of sale, share, and targeted advertising

GRAHAM MANAGEMENT LLC does not sell your personal information. We do share information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising when you have granted advertising consent. You can opt out of that sharing at any time using the controls below. Your choices apply to this browser and persist for 180 days unless you change them.

Oregon visitors get a true opt-out experience by default — no banner is shown and all non-essential cookies are granted. Use the controls below (or the footer “Your Privacy Choices” button) to opt out.

California and other US state visitors see a one-time banner on first visit and must choose before any non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choices here at any time.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser is configured to send a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request. Advertising, personalization, and social media categories are locked off automatically and the relevant tracking cookies are expired. You do not need to do anything else on this page. GPC does not affect necessary, functionality, or security cookies.

Industry opt-out registries

In addition to the controls above, you can opt out of interest-based advertising from these industry registries:

These registries set their own opt-out cookies in your browser. If you clear your cookies, you will need to re-opt out at each registry.

Your broader privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you;
  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Obtain a list of the specific third parties we have shared your personal information with;
  • Opt out of the sale, share, or use of your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Appeal a denied privacy request.

California residents may also submit a “Shine the Light” request under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 regarding personal information shared with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

How to submit a privacy request

To exercise any of these rights, email info@grahamequipment.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and a description of what you need. Please include enough information for us to understand the request, identify the store or website area involved, and verify the request where required.

Verification and authorized agents

For access, copy, correction, deletion, and similar requests, we may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and connect the request to the correct records. For opt-out requests, we will not require full identity verification unless additional information is necessary to process the request or we have a good-faith basis to believe the request is fraudulent.

You may use an authorized agent to submit certain requests where permitted by law. We may require proof that the agent has authority to act for you and may require you to verify your identity directly, unless the law provides otherwise.

Response timing and appeals

We generally respond to privacy requests within 45 days after receiving the request. If reasonably necessary due to the complexity or number of requests, we may extend the response period as permitted by law and will notify you of the extension.

If we deny a request, we will explain the reason where required and provide instructions for appealing the decision. You may appeal a denied request by emailing info@grahamequipment.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
